Universal Geneve Gilt Shadow Ultra-Slim

Here is a stunning, all original ultra-slim Universal Geneve Gilt Shadow from 1975 in near mint condition. The brushed brown dial is in very fine condition with barely any marks. It has gilt lettering UG logo and golden strip hour markers. The golden fils hands are in excellent condition. Note that due to the ultra slim profile, this watch does not have a seconds hand.
 
The gold plated tonneau case with the original crown and crystal is in very fine condition, with only light overall wear. The stainless steel case back is in very fine condition, with a brushed pattern and just a couple of small marks.
 
The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality.
 
Inside the watch, UG’s fantastic 2-66 movement with the micro-rotor contributes to the ultra-slim profile of the watch. The watch was fully serviced in November 2021 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
