Omega Trésor 18K Gold

Here is a fabulous, all original Omega Trésor from 1956 in a solid 18K gold case. The silver dial is in very fine condition, with a golden Omega logo and just a few tiny spots scattered around, perhaps most noticeable around 6 o’clock. It has golden Arabic numerals at the poles and “spaceship” style golden hour markers in between. The golden sword hands are in fine condition, with some corrosion visible on the seconds hand.
 
The solid 18K gold bezel is in very fine condition, with light overall wear and a tiny dent at around 6 o’clock. The solid 18K gold case with the original crown and wonderfully drop shaped lugs is in very fine condition, with only light overall wear. The solid 18K gold case back with a brushed pattern is in very fine condition with a few minor scuffs and scratches.
 
The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality.
 
Inside the watch, Omega’s legendary 284 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in November 2020 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
 
Vintage watches do not come much more subtly elegant than this one, with its completely uncluttered and simplistic dial. The wonderful overall condition and elegant lugs makes this a watch that stands out on your wrist and will elicit a lot of compliments.
